I'm really excited that I'm now offering these 'heART & Soul' Sessions! I thoroughly enjoyed working creatively with children, and I'm really looking forward to using creativity more in my work with adults.

In these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to work in a more creative way, rather than the main focus being on you talking and me listening. You don't need to be 'good' at art or writing; all you need is to have a vague interest in creativity and the desire to get to know yourself better.

The creative approach can be particularly helpful for people who struggle to talk about their feelings, as the emphasis is more on finding other ways of expressing yourself...

In the first session, we'll look at your reasons for coming and what you hope to gain from future sessions. The first session is free of charge, with no obligation to return. After the first session, the possibilities are endless!

Some ways of working creatively include:

Journalling, creative writing, painting, making collages, visualisation, relaxation, sensory work, working with sand, pebbles or other materials, working with photographs, cards and / or other images. working with metaphors, dreamwork, and looking at memories, hopes and fears ...

There is no limit to the number of sessions you can have, but we can discuss this more in the first session and then review it regularly. Usually you'll notice a  difference in how well you know yourself  after six sessions, but as everybody is unique, some people may feel that more, or less, sessions suit them better.

Please contact me if you have any questions or if you'd like to book your first session.
