 I provide counselling for individuals, couples, young people and workplaces, for a wide range of concerns. Personal Development sessions can also be arranged. Professional Clinical Supervision is offered for individuals, small groups and workplaces.

Reiki, Crystal Relaxation and Relaxation sessions are also available for adults and children, and can be incorporated into a 'Stress Management' package along with counselling, if required.   

Corporate & EAP work is welcome, and generous packages can be arranged for schools & charities; particularly those working with children & parents.

I'm based in Cullercoats, Tyne and Wear. Clients tend to come from the local area, including Newcastle, Blyth and South Tyneside, as well as from places a bit further afield, such as Northumberland, Durham, Hexham and beyond.
